Privacy Policy

This policy covers the BettorHub iOS app and the website bettorhub.live (“BettorHub”, “we”). It says what we collect, why, where it’s kept, and how to delete it.
What BettorHub is
BettorHub provides sports scores, odds comparisons, model estimates, pick tracking and live sports shows. It doesn’t take bets, hold money for betting, or connect to your sportsbook accounts.
Information the app collects

Kept only on your device: picks you track, predictions you open, the games, teams and players you follow, and your notification settings.
Information the website collects

The website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising. We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites, use advertising identifiers, collect precise location, or ask for sportsbook passwords.
Service providers
Google Firebase (accounts, database), Apple (payments, push notifications), Vercel (website hosting) and Upstash (waitlist storage) process data for us. Sports data, odds, prediction-market prices and news come from providers such as ESPN, The Odds API, Kalshi and Polymarket. Those requests don’t include your personal information.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while you have an account. Waitlist emails are kept until BettorHub launches or you ask us to remove yours. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your sign-in account and profile record, removes your device from push notifications, and erases BettorHub data stored on your device.
Chat messages you’ve posted stay in the chat history so conversations still make sense, but they show “Deleted user” instead of your username. If that can’t happen automatically, we make the change within 30 days. Messages from the older SignalEdge game chat, which BettorHub no longer shows, are deleted on request.
To remove your waitlist email, or for anything the app can’t do, email bettorhub@gmail.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to object to how it’s used. Email bettorhub@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Age
BettorHub is for adults 18 and over (21+ where required). We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, email bettorhub@gmail.com and we’ll delete it.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what the app and website need.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date. For significant changes, we’ll also tell you in the app.
